Suki was born and raised in northern California where her interest in music began early. Suki discovered the piano and began songwriting from the age of five. In tandem, she began having a wide range of paranormal, psychic and mystical experiences which shaped her psyche very early. At two years old she had her first out of body experience, which gave her a glimpse into the Oneness we all share, and all Are. These experiences have enriched her soul and brought a depth of Universal understanding to all her creations. From this internal flow has sprung an automatic dialogue with the universe that supports the offering of her early music, movement, healing work, counseling and writing, and her transformational healing art, Soul Scrolls.
Suki graduated in 1989 with a B.A. Degree in Visual Arts/Media from U.C. San Diego, where she first discovered her love of integrating the mediums of sight and sound by creating music and video productions that stimulate conscious awareness. In 1994, while on a singing gig in Japan, a meditation on Mt. Fuji further defined her niche as a Sensory Therapist (ST) and in the following years developed her healing brand, Sensory Therapy. She is an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person, catching life’s energetic nuances), and channels that into creating highly tuned, multidimensional sensory landscapes for her clientele through her voice, healing, art and design. She is an advocate for HSP awareness and has taught Sensory Therapy classes and Coming to Our Senses workshops in Japan, Great Britain and Mexico. She has also taught classes at The Golden Door Spa to an international clientele, in the San Diego area where she lives.
Suki’s design scope has grown out of her spontaneous ability to speak, sing, paint, draw and dance The Language of Light, a highly charged vibrational language system that is Soul-based and felt, not understood with the mind. It is a right brain tonal language, a universal communication system that speaks to the Soul. These dimensional light waves are literally the fabric of All Things—and form the basis of her energy art and design work. Suki has been pioneering the field of Light Language since 1999 when very little was known on the topic, and she is proud to be an anchor in this burgeoning field. Today, social media is replete with Language of Light speakers and healers, a total unknown to Suki, back at the time. In these 22 years, her healing art, Soul Scrolls, has come to hang in homes, businesses, yoga centers and hospitals in the US, Great Britain and Europe. It has also become cover art for Gaia International & The Relaxation Company’s "Whispers” series featuring: Deepak Chopra (The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, Quantum Healing), Don Miguel Ruiz (The Four Agreements), Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for The Soul), and Eckhart Tolle (The Power of Now). Today, she is thrilled to be expanding her life’s work in this inspired, partnership-based design business, where the natural spiritual elegance of the Light Codes themselves may be brought to life in products of all kinds including a sensory lifestyle brand, and built to scale for a world ready to live a higher vibrational Life.
