The Power of Chi & Life Force Energy
Everything in creation is made, fundamentally, of energy: electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color. The existence of electromagnetic fields around every object in the world, known as an Aura, has been studied extensively, by science—yet made popular with the advent of Kirilian Photography in 1939 by Semyon Davidovich Kirlian. The Chinese refer to this field of energy as 'Chi’ or ‘Qi’ (pronounced ‘tchee’); in Japan it is "Ki"—the vital life force energy of the Universe, present within every living thing. Chi Gong is the practice of moving this Life Force Energy from nature into the energy field of the physical body, building stamina, strength and flow in the physical body itself. Therefore, Life Force Energy, or Chi, from nature/air/food, is the foundational building block to health and vitality.
Coherence
Life Force energy, or Chi, carries a natural Coherence. When life force energy moves freely through the body/mind form, there is natural coherence to it. Coherence is a kind of Natural Intelligence… where all things move as if powered by something higher than themselves. Nothing is forced. There is a natural balance at play, and we can relax and allow life to simply… Be. When life is full of chaos and "staccato"— forces battling each other in opposition, people taking sides—that Place within us where coherence lives and breathes, then, is a worthy state to pursue. For that coherent Place is called Peace.
The Importance of CIF’S in the 21st Century
CIF stands for "Coherency Integration Field." CIFs are healing environments—where a specific palette of sensory ingredients is chosen and streamed into a Space, generating a highly coherent field around a client or group of people, initiating a healing response. Together, aromatherapy, music/musical instruments and lasers or colored light, when orchestrated like a conductor, can create a larger field of coherence that has untold healing power, because it is the Space itself that holds the combined vibrational tapestry for healing. Indigenous peoples around the globe have intuitively used their music and other sensory ingredients in such ways for millennia. It is time to bring these concepts into the 21st century to support populations in big cities—by integrating high tech and nature—in the creation of beautiful, sensory-healing environments and multi-sensory healing domes. Born of necessity, they will help foster a spiritually elegant world for all of us.
A Spiritually Elegant World
According to Webster’s Dictionary, "elegance" means "refined grace."
As a humanity, we are at a turning point. This we know. We can go toward peace or move toward chaos. If the choice is not a conscious one, chaos will move us forward. Yet it is the chaos that forces us toward its opposite: states of peace and coherence. So, inevitably, we are moving towards a spiritually elegant world… more conscious in our design, more attuned to each other’s needs and to our own. Tomorrow’s ‘elegance’ will be tempered by a spirituality all its own… where lives the pursuit of simplicity and ease, efficiency and flow, kindness, compassion, humility and humor. These qualities denote a certain kind of nobility… the qualities of an evolving species. The qualities of what I like to call The Elegant Human. Let us Choose to be that now.
